For heavy loads and long life. Ball transfer units with machined & case hardened body in low carbon steel, Self cleaning hole incorporated in all units. Oiled felt sealing system incorporated in spm 22/30/45 types only (spm 12/15 types on request only) Working temperature: + 100⁰ C– 30⁰C

SERIES 'SPM' HEAVY DUTY WITH COLLAR AND MAIN BALL IN PLASTIC

Ball transfer units with machined & case hardened body in low carbon steel and main ball in plastic(delrin) for light loads. Since this main balls is very light, oiled felt sealing system is not incorporated ,in order to allow the free movement of the ball. Not suitable for reverse application. Working temperature: +60⁰c

SERIES SPM-CARGO FOR AIRPORT APPLICATIONS

Suitable for extrem ambient conditions. Solid machine zinc plated carbon steel or stainless steel. Balls made In stainless steel AISI 420.Trivalent zinc plated to offer a greater resistance to corrosion. Sealing system is not incorporated. With 7 drain holes on the bottom to facilitate the escape of duty and water.Beared temperatures: -50 /+100 C.

SERIES 'SPM' SUPER HEAVY DUTY

Main ball 60 , 76 and 90 mm. Machined steel housing hardness hrc 60. Self cleaning hole and sealing system incorporated. Chrome steel balls aisi 52100. Hardness HRC 60-66.

FIXING CLIPS

Removable fixing clips are available for ball transfer units with collar and hole diameters 24 , 36 and 45 mm. Easy to dismantle.

SERIES 'SPP' WITH PLASTIC BODY

For food and chemistry industry. ball transfer units with solid machine body in polyacetal-pom(delrin). Balls  in delrin or stainless steel aisi 316. For applications where a high corrosión resistance is required.

SERIES 'SBM' AND 'SPM' WITH THREADED NUT

Fixing with threaded nut. Solid machined body steel with threaded nut for heavy loads (no sealing system) td= thread diameter: 6mm-8mm-10mm . Length: 10-30mm.

SERIES 'SBM' WITH SOLID MACHINE BODY. WITHOUT COLLAR

For support on bottom. body in machined & case hardened low carbon steel. Balls in chrome steel aisi 52100. self cleaning hole incorporated all units.
