Quality policy

The LUIS APARICIO, S.L. Management defines its Quality Policy as an integral part of the company’s strategic objectives, and it undertakes to disseminate and comply with the said Policy, and to ensure that it is complied with by all staff. 

The Policies defined are translated into specific and quantifiable goals which are then treated in an individual manner in accordance with what is described in this Manual. 

In order to express its commitment to quality, the LUIS APARICIO, S.L. QMS is based on UNE EN ISO 9001:2015 ‘Quality Management Systems – Requirements’ so as to establish that the requirements under this standard are being complied with and that its Quality Management System is referred on a voluntary basis to the certification criteria of an Accredited Certification Body. 

The LUIS APARICIO, S.L. Quality Policy covers all activities that form part of its QMS, and it is defined as follows:

• We undertake to provide this service in accordance with the requirements defined by the competent authorities, and to cater to the needs of our interested parties so as to be able to offer them a service that is in accordance with their expectations. 
• We also undertake to comply with all legal and regulatory requirements in force, as well as to continuously improve the effectiveness of our quality management system. 
• We perform activities in accordance with the needs of the interest groups, taking into account the expectations of our company. 
• We warrant that the activities will be seen as being reliable, effective, and efficient for all interest groups. 
• We commit the necessary time and resources, taking into account the need to inform and capacitate interest groups and internal persons with regard to strategic matters. 
• In accordance with the above we wish to provide our clients with a complete and swift service, as the basis of their satisfaction, and to be strict in ensuring that our activity is in compliance with the regulations applicable to us.

This declaration shall serve as a reference framework for the establishment of and review of specific and quantifiable goals, which shall be communicated to the organization and treated in individual manner in accordance with what is described in this policy.
